The cartoon consists of several mini-cartoons: "Liar" based on a poem by D. Kharms, about a boy who fantasized a lot and passed everything off as the truth, but no one believed him. "The Ball" is about a boy who dreamed of becoming a football player and therefore could not part with the ball.
